Defective or Incorrect Items
If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., print flaw, stitching issue) or does not match your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and offer a free replacement or refund.

Order Errors by Us
If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong name, number, or color), we will reprint your jersey at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges
Size-related exchanges are handled on a case‑by‑case basis and may require you to cover reprinting and shipping fees.

How to Request
Send your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description to our contact email. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Note
Returns are only accepted for quality or printing errors. We do not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers.
